Pratz The Brat and Random Rants- How not to be late and feel great!!!!

Namasate! Bratsters how ya doing? This blog is for all those people who can't get into the swing of the day till 10 in the morning. Whether you to school, work or just stay at home you can't afford to be late. Being late one to many times can give people a bad impression in front of others and might make you miss some important moments in life. So here is a rant to help you not be late and feel great.


Before you sleep:


1.Organise what you need:  Remember that oh-so homework you worked on and forgot , or that pendrive that had your presentation and you forgot. Doesn't feel good when that happens right? Ya i know that feeling too. So what can you do? get organised. Pack that homework, files, pen drives whatever you need it into your bag, as soon as you're done with your work. It not only saves time but also makes sure your hard work doesn't go in vain. I also personally pick out clothes for tomorrow, so that i can get ready faster even if i'm up late.

 

2.Post it :  Ok so we've covered up for things what we've did but what about things we have to do tomorrow ? So simple post-it. Yup simple as that , post-it , put reminders, alarms or calendar. Invest in a dairy or just download apps that have alarms and remind you what you've got to do. Just remember to enter it before hand.At;east a night before.


3.Eat soon and Sleep Early: This a crucial point which all of us ignore day after day. The best way to be healthy and feel great in the morning. Eat before 9 and eat less than you did in the morning.Eat healthy, Because it is believed that your digestion gets slower at night. Sleep early, if your a kid or teen get 8 hours , if you're an adult then 6 hours. The earlier you sleep the better you feel.

In the Morning:

4.Take a bath: Since your bright and early , take care of your personal hygiene.Take a shower, brush your eat and get ready. Take atleast a good 45 mins of it . It not only leaves refreshed but also increases your productivity at what you do.


5.Have Breakfast:  If you skip the most important meal of the day, how will  you feel great, have energy and be productive? So sit down and eat your breakfast and have a healthy breakfast. Eat slowly so that your stomach can digest it.

6.45,30,15 mins rule: My all time favourite and effective rule. I know this one by heart and hasn't failed me yet. It's simple take the route you're on judge the distance and the time, and if you're dropping someone off then calculate that distance and time too.Now that you an approximate right? Now just decide If your gonna leave 45,30 or 15 mins early.

Ickster Vickster Who's your pupster? - The Elderly Puppsters

Whether you have the elderly living with you or you are an elderly person looking for an ear to bite off . Then Find your puppsters here. Dogs and elderly are great to together . They lower BP, increase lifespan, good companionship and provide a feeling of security. Of course it does take a little work , hey but if you're willing to drive them to the vet , then you're okay. So without further ado here are your cheery puppsters.....

1.Shih Tzu: This adorable little puppster comes to you from china.They are lively, Outgoing and Playful. Not only this but they are gentle, alert and loyal. Besides also being patient listeners , Affectionate and Intelligent.
2.Cocker Spaniel:  Aside from the fact of  heavy grooming these merry little pups can charm their way into your heart. They maybe a little nervous at first, but when they come at easy they are loveable, soft and gentle. These "Soft" Pups are perfect for the child in you.

3. Pomeranian: These classic little fluff balls are one of my favs. This tiny toy breed is extremely alert, active and protective. Perfectly playful to keep you on your toes, Intelligent and Active. He'll keep your health in tip top shape.

4.Miniature Poodle: These comical Puppy is also cleverer than you think. Needs exercise else prone to be hyperactive. Its great for taking it around the park and meeting new people and pups perfect for socialising anytime.This jester could be your loving companion.

5.Miniature Schnauzer: Spirited, Alert,Obedient and friendly. This affectionate puppy will play but would also love listening . Socializing and a great family pet.They don't bark much but still great watchdogs.

6. Cairn Terrier: One of the most oldest breed in terrier dogs, this one will catch your heart. Alert, Loyal and curious. Cheerful, loveable and Friendly.Perfect for the passive owners.



7. Havanese: The fun and devoted companion , this little puppsters are trainable and energentic. He gets his nickname "Velero dog" for always sticking close to his owners.

Prats and Random Rants - Things to do after an Exams

Hey everyone! Pratz is back after her exams!!!!! And boy does it feel good, I mean its an achievement(I know not totally but come on) So I thought why not blog about what to do after an exam or exams are over.


1. Bonn appetit: One of the best way to relax after an exam or exams is to eat because research has it that what you eat before an exam basically doesn't get digested well enough and chances are that you're hungry afterwards because i usually feel that way and when i eat , i relax.


2.Take a shower: The most natural response to stress is sweat. Therefore take a shower. Taking a shower not only relaxes you but if you have an exam coming up it also helps to clear your mind and concentrate better on what to do next.Plus if you don't have any other exam coming up then take as long as you need.
  


3.Go OUT!!!: I'll be honest I'm a total couch potato but after being locked up in my house for so long, there is so much sanity I can keep.Go out ! Not only does this release tension of that last paper but also help you relax so that you can focus better for your next paper, but no parties. Those have paper later go out to the park, eat out or just lounge on your balcony If you want to go a party do so on your own risk.

4. Get Together: Finally you and your fiends can go wild, head to the mall, head to the bowling alley or stay together at home/apartment/hostel/wherever you stay.Talk or hang out just chill and catch up or go crazy and paint the town crazy.
5.Get Back Home: Time head on home for awhile. You know get back to your roots. Visit your folks. Home was where you once grew up, an environment that has comforted you many times.
6.Plan a vacation: Go on an explore the world. You finally have time and the ultimate time for rest and relaxation . Head to the beach , Head to the Alps or To the north pole.Wherever floats your boat.Remember pack as half as you need.
There are a lot of things you could if the above doesn't fit you. Go do an Internship, Catch up on tv, or.....Do something RANDOM!!!!! Want me rant on something ? Follow me so you can tell me.Till then be Bratty and Random.
